PAKKmax provides a platform and services to connect businesses and individuals ("Clients") with suppliers for sourcing consumer and industrial products and equipment. We act as an intermediary, facilitating communication and transactions between Clients and suppliers. Our services may include:
Product sourcing and identification
Supplier vetting and recommendation
Negotiation of pricing and terms
Order management and logistics coordination
Quality control and inspection (optional)
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your sourcing needs.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to import/export in your country and the supplier's country.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all quotes and contracts with suppliers before placing orders.
You are responsible for making timely payments to PAKKmax and suppliers.
You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
PAKKmax charges fees for its services. These fees may include:
Sourcing fee: A percentage of the total order value or a flat fee.
Service fee: Additional fees for specific services like quality control or logistics coordination.
Payment processing fees: Any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
The specific fees will be communicated to you before you place an order. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from the invoice date.
PAKKmax owns all intellectual property rights associated with the Services, including the website, logos, and content. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our express written permission.
PAKKmax is not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of any products sourced through the Services. We are not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or losses caused by suppliers or third-party service providers.
Our liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms will remain in effect until terminated by either you or PAKKmax. We may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason, with or without notice. You may terminate these Terms by stopping your use of the Services.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in Ghana according to the rules of Arbitration.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PAKKmax regarding the use of the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised terms on our website. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms are posted will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms.
