  • How much do I need to start?

    Shipping Destination: Where will the items be shipped to?

    Once we have this information, we can conduct a thorough search for suppliers and provide you with a detailed breakdown of estimated costs, including product pricing, shipping fees, and any additional expenses.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Based on the shipping methods available, your order could take anywhere from 1 to 50 days to arrive.

    Sea Freight: The most economical option, but also the slowest. Expect your order to arrive in 35-50 days.

    Regular Air Freight: A faster option than sea freight, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 days.

    Express Air Freight: The quickest option, with a delivery time of 1-4 days

  • How do I know the cost of shipping for my order?

    Absolutely! Here's how we determine the shipping cost for your order:

    Supplier Shipment: The supplier sends your items to our transit warehouse in China.

    Package Measurement: Our team measures the dimensions (cubic meters or CBM) or weight of the package.

    Cost Calculation: We use this information, along with your shipping destination, to estimate the shipping cost.

    Communication: We inform you of the estimated shipping cost.

    Please note: The final cost might vary due to factors like current Foreign Exchange Rates

  • Do I have to make payment before or after receiving my item?

    Here's a breakdown of the payment process:

    Finalize Your Order: Once you've selected your items and confirmed the details, we'll generate an invoice for you.

    Make Payment: You can make payment either by visiting our office or using digital payment methods like Mobile Money (Momo), Bank Transfer, or Paystack.

    Please note: Your order will be processed and shipped once we receive your payment.
